Specific Download Directions For Sprint: All Sprint phones

Solution:  Here are the directions to download the content to your phone. Please follow the steps listed below and let us know if this was successful. Thank you for your patience!

1. Open the web browser (in menu section)
2. On the bottom of the screen you will see a notepad
3. Push the menu button below the notepad
4. A new set of Options will appear
5. Click on 'Go to URL'
6. Type in get.ringtones.com
7. Click on ok/enter/submit
8. Enter in 9 digit download ID # .....xxxxxxxxx
9. Next go to submit
